Wow, that was a twist I didn't see coming... the Jerry Jax twist I mean! While I assumed Mr. Craig somehow had ties to people in Port Charles, I was thinking he was Logan's dad. You know how Logan asked to see his dad a few days ago and we are still waiting... now, who could that be?

I guess I'm kind of shocked that Jerry has actually become so heartless. Does he know who Alexis is? He MUST know that she is his brother's ex-wife, right? It's been so long that I can't even remember who was on the show when Jerry was on. But I do know he was with Bobbie and therefore, he has to know Luke.

One Life to Live

I was going to tell Starr & Cole to stay in Llanview and stop this stupid nonsense. And then Cole said they were headed to Cleveland so I've changed my mind! Maybe I'll see them here :-). And Cole's right - we DO have the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Lebron James here. Not to mention a whole lot more.

So, Alexander Cambias is our killer? He's supposed to be like 70 years old and he's stealth and strong enough to kill all these young girls and attack people like Zoe? Umm, sure. Also, I thought he loved Ryan like a son - why would he kill Ryan's sister?

But I guess it's better than it being Michael Cambias back from the dead, which is who I was suspecting. Close, though...

A-Ha! So newcomer Miles is a Lawrence, Mitch Lawrence's brother. Who saw that coming? I do have to ask, though, what kind of a reporter doesn't even find out her interviewee's last name? Duh.

I put up with a LOT being a soap opera fan but this is too much. Sonny LYING to Carly and making her marry him even though he knows she doesn't have to? Umm, soap characters do things that make no sense all the time, sure, but at least they usually stay in character. For instance, Carly is crazy and pushy and selfish - yet she is always crazy and pushy and selfish. One may hate her decisions but at least they are within character. Sonny, however, HATES lying. He has dumped pretty much every single woman he has dated or married over them lying to him or keeping a secret from him. He has no tolerance for women lying to him. He rarely even hears explanations as to why women have lied to him and just simply throws them out on their asses. Now, we are supposed to believe that he is so desperate to get Carly back that he is going to lie to her to marry her? Does he think no one is going to find out? Does he think Carly is going to appreciate the lie when she does find out? She is going to be FURIOUS and any chance he might have had getting her back will be over. It's just so stupid and hypocritical! The other thing that is not in character for him is that by manipulating Carly to get her to marry him, he's basically admitting that he can't beat Jax and I really doubt that Sonny ever thinks he could actually lose a woman to Jax. I don't know, I just can't stand the hypocrisy and couldn't let it go by without a rant.

So, what do you guys think about John & Marty as a couple? I think they have some chemistry and, well, he seems just a little bit intruiged by her, doesn't he? Asking how she is... mentioning her...

I know, I know, a lot of people are hardcore Natalie & John fans and so was I for awhile but I'm kind of sick of them together and sense more chemisty between them an other people. Like John & Marty for instance. And Natalie & Vincent. Or Natalie & Christian even. Natalie & Michael too, although I don't see that happening (unless losing Tommy tears Michael & Marci apart for awhile). If recent events are any indication, Natalie & John are going to break up sooner rather than later anyway, what with her constantly hounding him and monitoring him and even surreptitiously giving him his pills.

Blair doesn't know who her new baby-daddy is. Now, I know I'm no doctor nor have I ever had a child and I especially have never had to worry about who the father of said child was but I do feel like I've seen this story on soaps before. In fact, I feel like I've seen it on this soap in just the last year. Oh right, Jess/Tess and Antonio/Nash... So why is it that Blair finds out she's pregnant and immediately can have a DNA test done and is supposed to get the results immediately, while Jessica and the clan had to wait until after the baby was born?

Oh, maybe I'm remembering Tess destroying the results... Still, why did we have to drag out that mess so long with Tess & Jess?

Two questions:

One: Are Luke & Tracy really divorced? I mean, he keeps saying he got a quickie divorce but I'm not sure I'm buying it. And, if not, how come? Why hasn't he gone to get it?

Two: Umm, why would you bother giving Laura this treatment if you KNOW it's only temporary? Is it better for the kids to get all attached to their mom again only to lose her all over again? I wasn't sure if Genie Francis wasn't sticking around for very long or not but apparently she isn't, right, with this new news?

Ack! WHY oh why is Ryan even at the Emma/Kate hearing? Every time he opened his mouth, I couldn't help thinking, "Why are you even there? Why are you allowed to speak?!"

That eyewitness is ridiculous, though... that the judge would be swayed simply by that eyewitness... I mean, how is there any proof that the baby that Annie gave birth to is the same baby that is now four years old? I guess it doesn't matter his reasoning, however, since he called Family & Child Services and sent them to investigate the whole thing.

I don't know how much time is supposed to have passed but,... isn't it a bit soon to expect Natalie to be taking off her engagement ring and getting over John's death? For gosh sakes, if Viki is still wearing HER engagement & wedding ring to Ben and he's been dead forever, then it really doesn't seem like a big deal if Natalie isn't over John in like a week.

Also, while it definitely isn't a situation that anyone could ever get used to, Natalie has already thought to have lost a husband/mate so shouldn't she sort of know how to cope with it? She seems lost. I would think she might be like, "Wow, this is exactly what happened when I thought Cristian was dead."

Today's show reminded me of how crowded the halls of Port Charles High are going to be in about 6 years - once they rapidly age all the infants currently on the scene. Let's see there is Spencer Cassidine, Baby Alcazar, Cameron Spencer (or is it Webber or Smith?), New Baby Spencer/Morgan, New Baby Spencer/Jones, Kristina Davis, Molly Lansing, Morgan Corinthos, ... And Michael, of course, but he is a little old for them. Plus, the only two girls so far are his relatives so he'll have to meet girls elsewhere.

Marcie said, "I can't think of a better person to be Tommy's godmother." Well, umm, how about someone you like and who actually has spent some time around children? I mean, I get that they are reaching out to Natalie so she will always feel a member of their family but that statement was a bit much.

It was no surprise to me that they asked Rex - because Michael has no other friends!! When (if) John is revealed to be the man in the coma, will they take back that godfathership and give it to Michael?!!

Just a question: Why does the ELQ-loving Dillon have to wear his glasses and look like a nerd? I mean, couldn't he spike his hair and wear his contacts when he's taking business classes?

Imagine how many people around the world must have gotten pregnant thanks to those faulty Enduro condoms if just in the Port Charles community alone we know of Lulu, Elizabeth & Maxie. Oh right, Elizabeth might have gotten pregnant from Lucky so Enduro wouldn't be to blame and Maxie might be faking the whole thing (but I guess that can't be the case with this lawsuit, right? The first thing the lawyers would do is make sure she is pregnant...)
